Biography
Jason is a partner in the firm’s New York office. He represents financial institutions, banks, loan servicers, and lenders in state and federal court. Jason has litigated dozens of cases related to foreclosure, title to real property, and federal consumer protection. He has represented institutional clients at all stages of litigation, including mediation, motion practice and discovery, trial and appeal. Jason also defends lenders and financial institutions in adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy court.
Previously, Jason was special counsel at an AMLaw 100 law firm. Before that, Jason worked in the enforcement division of the New York State Department of Financial Services.
