Biography
Jordan is the founding partner of the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation and consumer finance law in state and federal courts. He has successfully represented institutional clients at all stages of litigation, including disputes related to consumer protection, real property, and contracts. Jordan has tried dozens of cases and argued over 100 appeals. Jordan also represents financial institutions in state and federal court trial courts on judicial foreclosure matters, deposition defense, as well as defending consumer protection actions. Previously, Jordan was a partner at an AMLaw 100 law firm.
