Biography
Troy is an associate with the firm’s Nevada office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, bankruptcy, consumer finance law, and regulatory compliance. Troy represents financial institutions, loan servicing companies, and debt collectors in state and federal litigation and bankruptcy actions.
Prior to joining Atlas Solomon, Troy worked as an associate at two AMLaw 100 firms. Troy is also a former law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Lori Vaughan of the Middle District of Florida, Judge Bonnie Bulla of the Nevada Court of Appeals, and Judge Kriston Hill of Nevada’s Fourth Judicial District Court.
