Biography
Practicing law for more than three decades, Victor has counseled and represented financial institutions, loan servicers, lenders, and others in a broad range of matters with an emphasis on commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation. He has achieved the favorable resolutions of hundreds of litigated matters and has served as the first chair lawyer in more than sixty trials involving escalated, contested foreclosure matters. Victor previously held a leadership role as a partner in the Consumer Finance Litigation & Compliance practice group of an AMLaw 100 law firm and before that was a litigation partner with a prominent Florida-based law firm.
